Performance Meta-Coaching relates first and foremost to incremental changes achieved through modifying
and learning new behaviours, skills, actions and results. This is the Meta-Coaching that seeks most directly
to take a person’s skills to the next level in terms of quality and quantity of performance. Performance
Meta-Coaching focuses externally on what a client does.
